Ubicación
La ubicación del departamento es excelente, y la zona re segura. El dto. Está en un 2º piso, hay que subir por escaleras. Tiene estacionamiento en la entrada del dto.
El anfitrión no respondía las llamadas , siendo que en el mes de Junio ni bien hice la reserva, ( Nos alójanos el 29/12/19) intenté comunicarme con él. Le solicité ingresar entre las 10 y las 11 hs de la mañana, ya que llegábamos desde Argentina. Al llegar nosotros al dto, el dueño no contestaba nuestra llamadas, tuvimos que pedir a un vecino que lo llame, y después de un largo tiempo devolvió la llamada, mandó a un cerrajero para abrir el dto, ya que él no estaba en Playa del Carmen. También mandó a un amigo para entregarnos 2 toallones; los otros 2 que estaban en el dto estaban mojados. La cocina estaba llena de cucarachas enormes, que caminaban por la mesada. El 3º día nos que damos sin gas y sin agua caliente, como él no estaba en la ciudad no lo pudo solucionar y los otros 3 días estuvimos sin gas y sin agua caliente. El anfitrión se lama, Josémanuel y verdaderamente un desastre.

Lindo departamento con el mejor anfitrión.
El anfitrión es muy amable, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitabamos y nos guió en que podemos hacer en Playa del Carmen y Cozumel. El departamento es muy lindo, acogedor.
Todo estuvo muy bien.
